Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care in our communities. You will assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity while supporting independence.

You will work in a team, engage residents in enrichment activities, and help with light housekeeping. A High School Diploma or equivalent, caregiver training, and a First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, teamwork, empathy, patience and integrity required.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per protocols.
• Promote independence, provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and engage residents.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain open communication with families, staff and healthcare professionals.
