Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and preserving dignity. You will work in a team to create a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and coordinating with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
• Respect for residents’ dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while following safety guidelines.
• Promote independence, provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
