Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, direct care to residents in our Vallejo community. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety and comfort, and support residents’ dignity and independence in a respectful, nurturing environment.

You will work the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift, collaborate with a caring team, and participate in memory care programs where applicable. Competitive wages and benefits accompany this role at Cogir Senior Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• 12 months of caregiving experience; memory care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety protocols.
• Provide companionship and support to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and engagement with residents.
• Assist with light housekeeping and daily maintenance tasks.
• Promote open communication with healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
