Cogir Senior Living in San Rafael, CA, is seeking compassionate Care Partners to provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

You will work as part of a team, promote independence, participate in life enrichment activities, and help with light housekeeping. Weekend rotation is required; benefits include health insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain tidy living spaces.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
