Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity while working in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes engagement, empathy, and respect for residents, with a focus on maintaining privacy and fostering independence. Weekend rotation may be required for full-time roles.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA is a plus).
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean environment.
• Promote open communication between residents, families, and staff.
