Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is looking for Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their well-being. This position focuses on helping residents maintain their independence while ensuring safety and comfort, within a team environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, a year of caregiving experience, and a willingness to obtain state-required certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living like bathing and grooming.
• Provide compassionate care and engagement for residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Promote open communication among staff, families, and residents.
