Foundation Partners Group in Kent, WA, is seeking a part-time Funeral Home Brand Ambassador and Mortuary Transport specialist. You will support grieving families with dignity during first-call transfers and represent the Monarch brand through local outreach and engagement.

You'll greet and assist families, transport the deceased with care, and build relationships with healthcare partners, hospitals, and community groups, while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs with proper technique.
• Willingness to work flexible and on-call hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, emotional resilience and a strong sense of service.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Contact: greet families, caregivers, and professionals during decedent transfers with respect.
• Drive with Purpose: transport the deceased safely to partner funeral homes.
• Work with Integrity: maintain documentation per Washington State requirements.
• Adapt to the Day: on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; assist with funeral services as needed.
• Maintain Standards: keep vehicles clean and present a professional image.
