You must be at least 21, able to lift 100 lbs, and prepared for on-call irregular hours including nights and weekends, with a neat appearance and willingness to perform

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 100lbs safely.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with a positive attitude.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external work processes.

Responsibilities

• Transport the deceased from nursing homes, hospitals, residences, or coroner's offices to the funeral home.
• Provide compassionate, professional contact with families as a first point of contact.
• Manage paperwork accurately and in a timely manner according to laws and regulations.
• Drive hearse as needed and fill in for attendants during shifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and be willing to perform other duties as needed.
