Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required.
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings preferred.
• Certification in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient supervision and safety checks.
• Monitor patient behavior and environmental conditions; document observations.
• Report concerns to clinical staff and follow emergency protocols.
• Administer monitoring and medication supervision per policy.
• Support admissions, discharges, and daily patient activities.
