Banyan Treatment Centers in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to directly support patients through recovery. You will supervise patients, conduct basic testing, and collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure safety and quality care.

The role offers varied schedules (FT/PT/Per Diem) with 12-hour shifts per week, on-site in Lake Worth. Experience in behavioral health and a patient-centered approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patient Supervision and Safety: Monitor patients and ensure safety, report incidents to staff.
• Waive Testing: Measure vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests as per policy.
• Patient Interaction and Support: Provide emotional support and refer concerns to therapy staff.
• Communication and Team Collaboration: Share patient information with team leads and supervisors.
