Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, CO is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy, handling documentation, referrals, and scheduling while representing our caring culture.

This role blends administrative duties with outbound and inbound communications, collaborating with clinical leadership to expand access to life-changing care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics.
• Provide inbound call support to prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain services and support to families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and leadership.
• Embodies ABC values and acts as a cultural role model for the team.
