Job summary

ABC Clinic Admissions Associate in Lemont, IL is the first point of contact for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

This role goes beyond administrative duties, building meaningful relationships and expanding access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, or related areas.
• Passion for work benefiting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources.
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families.
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them.
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership.
