Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in healthcare, patient registration, admissions, intake coordination, or related field.
• Associate degree preferred in healthcare/business administration or related field.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and other coverage.
• Able to pass criminal background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, referral, assessment, and admission processes for prospective residents.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, family members, healthcare providers, hospitals, and community agencies.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and verify admission criteria and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with the Assisted Living Facility Administrator and clinical/admin teams to support resident-centered care.
