Responsibilities

• Coordinate the intake process and collect all necessary documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to update admission status.
• Facilitate transfer of patient records to the facility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure timely admissions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns during admissions.
• Collaborate with Admissions team to ensure regulatory compliance and policies.
• Participate in process improvements and quality initiatives to enhance admissions.
