Job summary
Osage Nation is seeking an Assisted Living Nurse Manager in Oklahoma to lead nursing services in our senior living community. You will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate care, ensuring compliance with state regulations and our policies while promoting resident dignity and quality of life.
Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and RN licensure are essential. Experience in LTC/assisted living leadership and proficiency with EHRs are highly valued, with ACLS/PALS and NIHSS certifications
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with active Oklahoma license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- 5+ years nursing management experience.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required or obtained within 90 days.
- NIHSS certification within 90 days.
- Pass background and drug tests; valid driver’s license.

- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing services in the community.
