Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare admissions experience or equivalent education/training.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and maintaining accurate, confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with families, coordinate referrals, and conduct facility tours to inform and welcome prospective residents.
• Own the admission process from initial inquiry through admission and follow-up.
• Verify insurance coverage and understand Medicare/Medicaid and managed care requirements; obtain pre-certifications.
