Job summary

Ozark Center in Missouri seeks an Admission Specialist to accurately add or update client information in the Avatar system, run financial eligibility reports, and ensure demographic data is current. Responsibilities include explaining Financial Consent, generating demographic and financial reports, and scanning documents into the EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to effectively, courteously, and professionally deal with the public both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Using Ozark Center procedures and tools, accurately adds or updates client information, assuring that all fields in the admission screens are populated when completing financial updates/intakes.
• Explain Financial Consent to Clients
• Work assigned financial and demographic reports.
• Ensure documents are scanned into the electronic medical record (Avatar).
