Responsibilities

• Add or update client information in Avatar ensuring all admission screens are populated.
• Explain Financial Consent to Clients.
• Run assigned financial and demographic reports.
• Ensure documents are scanned into the electronic medical record (Avatar).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
