Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients, visitors, and guests.
• Conduct in-person and phone intake interviews to gather client information and document in records.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations to support timely access to care.
• Connect clients with appropriate programs and community resources.
• Support front office operations: scheduling, answering calls, collecting payments.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect PHI in line with HIPAA.
• Complete trainings and onboarding to stay current with policies.
