Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and coordinate tours with potential residents and families.
• Serve as back up to the Director of Admissions and assist with pre-admission, admission and discharge processes.
• Communicate with hospitals and referral sources to complete assessments and bed offers.
• Ensure contracts are completed timely and arrange room assignments and notifications.
• Protect patient information and adhere to policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents, families, and staff.
