Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years experience in health care education/ marketing / insurance or commensurate educations preferred.
• Must be familiar with medical terminology.
• Proficient in the use of personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes residents and families and coordinates admissions.
• Coordinate admissions with hospitals and referral sources.
• Review and complete admission paperwork and contracts.
• Ensure pre-admission, admission and OBRA screening compliance.
• Back-up duties for Director of Admissions as needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
