Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass Level 2 fingerprinting with Eligible status.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow activities calendar to ensure a comprehensive program for residents.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities.
• Follow resident's plan of care regarding activities, including completing room visits/1:1 visits.
• Update the activity log for each resident daily.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to update activities based on resident preferences.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment, working some evenings or weekends as needed.
