Job summary

Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering 1:1 or small group therapy, and will collect data and implement treatment plans in compliance with BACB requirements.

The role involves working across clinic, school, and community settings, maintaining ethical standards, and collaborating with families

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to work with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Follow clinical protocols and implement supervision feedback.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to schedules.
• HIPAA and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in clinic, school, or community settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver ABA procedures and collect accurate treatment data.
• Complete session notes and required documentation timely.
• Maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and team.
• Participate in supervision and training activities.
• Maintain active RBT certification and comply with ethics.
