Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA, part of the Autism Center of Excellence, seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings, under supervision of a BCBA.

You’ll build communication, social and daily living skills, participate in training, and gain paid preparation for the RBT exam; schedule is flexible and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lift up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
