Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in person. You will implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help monitor progress toward individualized goals.

The role emphasizes patient care, documentation, and collaboration with families and professionals to provide holistic support.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
