Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement plans developed by BCBAs and work closely with families to apply ABA strategies in daily activities.

The role involves data collection, progress monitoring, and structured teaching sessions under BCBA supervision. In-person, full-time or part-time options with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
