Job summary

Mindful Sprouts is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized ABA therapy in clinic, home, and school settings under supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and collaboration with BCBAs, caregivers, and teachers to support positive client outcomes.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, adapt approaches to each child, and commit to ongoing supervision, trainings, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification, or willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training and pass exam.
• Must speak English.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and clinics.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-building programs (communication, social, academic, self-help).
• Record and maintain session data on behaviors and progress.
• Write clear session notes documenting interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teachers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, organized treatment environment and arrive on time for sessions.
