Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapies for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will work under a BCBA, track progress with data, and support the family in applying behavior strategies at home and in the community.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning about Autism and ABA, and in-person client sessions; a High School Diploma is required with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Prior experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
