Qualifications

• RBT certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma required; basic computer skills helpful.
• Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision to clients.
• Maintain accurate session notes and data collection.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA and ensure client safety.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to support client progress.
• Engage families and caregivers to reinforce skills across settings.
• Arrive on time and provide consistent, compassionate support.
