Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients and families across home, school, or community settings.

The role emphasizes learning, growth, and delivering high-quality care. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about helping others, reliable, and able to work with diverse pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
