Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is a family-owned agency delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team and support clients one-on-one under BCBA supervision.

You will implement ABA treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and engage families to improve daily functioning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client's home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
