Job summary

BrightBridge ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting each client’s goals. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, care about others, and deliver high‑quality therapy.

You’ll work in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision, with emphasis on collaboration, data collection, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees in psychology/education are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
