Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by BCBA professionals and supporting each client’s unique goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in the client’s home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
