Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision and supporting each client's goals in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree is a plus.
• Bi-lingual.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children; ability to sit, stand, lift and move during sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
