Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You’ll support goals in homes, schools, or community settings, while collecting data and delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
