Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting clients' goals in home, school, or community settings.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and participate in regular supervision and training. We value growth, compassion, and high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related degree is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team, participating in supervision meetings and trainings.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families and maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
