Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support for clients. You will implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and track client progress through data collection.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma, with preference for degrees in relevant fields. The position offers generous benefits including paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
