Yancey Bros Co. seeks a CAT Compact Site Manager to lead store operations, ensure profitability, and focus on customer satisfaction. You will recruit, coach, and develop the sales team, manage staffing, fleet mix, budgets, equipment rental, and sales strategies at the Cat Compact site.

The role emphasizes staff development, market growth, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic equipment sales environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
• 3-5 years in a sales operation, business planning, or sales support management role.
• Prior experience as a Product Support Sales Representative or Machine Sales Representative preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service is at or above the location’s goal for all branch employees.
• Increase market penetration of the branch and increase revenue.
• Complete performance reviews on staff and discuss strengths/weaknesses with individuals.
• Hold monthly safety meetings to reinforce safety culture.
• Handle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues.
• Review contracts generated daily.
