Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking a CAT Compact Site Manager to lead a busy branch. You will supervise sales, service and rental activities, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service while shaping staffing, fleet mix, and budgets.

As a leader you will recruit and coach the sales team, monitor contracts, partner with other departments, and advance the One Yancey approach to deliver the best customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management.
• Understanding of financial and operational impacts.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service at the branch.
• Increase market penetration and revenue.
• Conduct performance reviews with staff and coach for improvement.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and promote safety culture.
• Oversee contracts and pricing discussions with customers.
• Recruit, train, and develop site sales team for excellence.
