Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners is seeking a CCE Salesperson to sell new and used compact construction equipment and attachments. You will build lasting customer relationships and participate in field events, clinics, and marketing efforts.

The role requires CRM usage, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to travel within the local territory. A CDL A may be required and a high school diploma is essential, with a preference for higher education.

Formación

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or similar industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer service best practices.
• Willing to travel within local sales territory and obtain CDL A.

Responsabilidades

• Sells the full line of John Deere CCE equipment and other assigned products.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment features, benefits, financing options, and competitive offerings.
• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers, following up for satisfaction.
• Coordinates delivery, setup, and training for customers and partners with Service/Parts teams.
