• Sells the full line of John Deere CCE equipment and other assigned products.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment features, competitive offerings, and financing options.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers including follow-up.
• Executes a proactive sales process: lead gen, walk-in management, outbound calls.
• Supports marketing through events, open houses, and clinics.
• Uses CRM/dealership systems to track interactions and quotes.
• Coordinates delivery, setup, and training for customers.
• Works with Service and Parts to ensure after-sale support.
• Stays informed on local market trends and customer needs.
