Job summary
Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) seeks a Community Wellness Specialist to serve as the front-facing ambassador at our center. You will provide exceptional customer service, support daily operations, manage databases, and help implement wellness programs for our members.
You will collaborate with internal and external partners, track key metrics, and participate in mobile clinics and outreach events to promote proactive, member-centered care and community empowerment.
Qualifications
- Two years in customer service in managed care or similar setting.
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
- Valid CA driver’s license and insurance; clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Serve as front-facing ambassador and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support daily center operations and database management.
- Assist with program implementation and policy/workflow adherence.
