Job summary

IEHP in Riverside is seeking a Community Wellness Specialist to welcome members, manage front desk operations, and support center activities, including mobile clinic events and health screenings.

The role involves data entry, scheduling, program delivery, and collaboration with partners to meet regulatory requirements and enhance member experience. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, plus willingness to travel across the Inland Empire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service or managed care settings
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and visitors at the front desk
• Explain required documents and route to appropriate services
• Maintain clean, inviting center spaces and promote programs
• Guide guests through available services and scheduling needs
• Communicate member needs to clinical staff for coordinated care
