Job summary

IEHP is looking for a Community Wellness Specialist to be the front-facing ambassador, greeting members, managing inquiries, and guiding participants through programs and referrals. You will help maintain inviting center spaces, support mobile clinics, and promote health education materials while ensuring a positive member experience.

The role requires collaboration with clinical staff, scheduling needs, and data collection for surveys to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or related community settings.
• Experience in managed care or clinics is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and member tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming front desk support and assist members and visitors.
• Conduct quality reviews and maintain productivity reports across systems.
• Develop training materials and curricula for staff onboarding.
• Coordinate and implement participant rewards and outreach initiatives.
• Perform other duties to support Health Plan operations.
