Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) seeks a Community Wellness Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations and program delivery at the Center. You will lead staff, ensure member experience aligns with quality benchmarks, and collaborate with community partners to advance wellness initiatives.

The role emphasizes LEAN-driven performance improvement, oversight of curricula, and ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards. Evening and some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with supervision/lead capacity, managed care/clinic setting, community outreach, and Medi-Cal experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and IEHP Threshold Language is preferred for written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in health, social, or behavioral discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Wellness Center staff and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Serve as liaison to internal/external clients and community partners.
• Lead wellness programming delivery, quality, and coordination, using LEAN principles.
