IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Specialist to serve as the front-facing ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and guiding visitors. The role supports center operations, data management, and program implementation, including mobile clinics such as immunization events, mammogram screenings, and well-child visits, aligning with IEHP’s commitment to proactive, member-centered care.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and first point of contact for visitors.
• Support daily center operations and data entry in center systems.
• Coordinate and support mobile clinics and community health events (immunizations, mammograms, well-child visits).
• Prepare and deliver presentations and information sessions to participants and partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet regulatory requirements and quality goals.
