Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan in California is seeking a Community Wellness Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and staff within the Community Wellness Centers. You will coordinate programming, ensure member satisfaction, and apply quality benchmarks.

This role partners with Care Management, Member Services, Health Education, and external partners to deliver services and promote community health.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supervision/lead capacity, plus experience in a managed care/IPA/clinic setting.
• Experience with community outreach and working with state health programs (Medi-Cal/Healthy Families).
• Bilingual in English and IEHP threshold language preferred; written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a relevant health/social/behavioral discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations in alignment with CWC policies and procedures, manage data collection on activities and outcomes, and review expenses for approval.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve member issues and lead special projects and programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations to promote health education and services.
• Supervise staff, train and develop team, and apply LEAN principles to improve quality and efficiency.
