Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) seeks a Community Wellness Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and program delivery at the CWC. You will ensure quality outcomes, manage projects, and maintain member experience standards across multiple wellness programs.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in managed care settings, strong leadership, and bilingual abilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in supervision/lead capacity.
• Experience in managed care/clinic setting.
• Experience with Medi-Cal/Healthy Families program.
• Bachelor's degree in health, social, or behavioral discipline.
• Bilingual skills (English/IEHP threshold language) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations ensuring adherence to CWC policies and data collection.
• Collaborate with Care Management, Member Services, Health Education, and other departments on projects.
• Build relationships with community partners to promote health education and services.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and apply LEAN to improve quality.
• Hire, train, and evaluate team members per IEHP guidelines.
• Perform other duties to support Health Plan operations.
