Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Community Wellness Center Logistics Specialist to oversee logistics, facilities coordination, inventory management, and event support at the Inland Empire Community Wellness Centers. You will work closely with the CWC Supervisor and Management Team to address facility needs, equipment issues, and daily center activities.

Qualifications

• Two years of facilities experience; building systems, equipment, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a managed care setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control for the Community Wellness Center, forecast needs, track systems, ensure standards.
• Coordinate and resolve service work orders; maintain HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage service contracts for cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and execute logistics for events and programs; manage grounds and custodial operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Facilities, Warehouse, IT for operational improvements.
