Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or HOA/community management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service for resident inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails; provide general HOA information and document violations.
• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations with reference to deed restrictions; document and photograph violations.
• Assist homeowners with Architectural Review processes and prepare committee applications.
